Tina and I used to work at the local library together. Although we took our separate paths after high school, I still remember her as someone who was easy-going and cheerful. When I heard of her recent engagement, I was excited for her and looking forward to meet her fiancé, Ryan.
All the way up to February, I've been in touch with Tina regarding her engagement session and was excited to have the opportunity to be near the water despite the unseasonably cold weather. We ended up picking Downtown Annapolis because that was the place where they had their first date.
We started at the downtown area early in the morning, and boy was it COLD. There was very little foot traffic, and those enough brave enough to face the frigid temps were decked out in North Faces and other forms of winter gear. All the while, Tina braved the cold in her beautiful navy dress and high heels with Ryan in his suit in complementing colors. Luckily we were able to get them into more comfortable and casual clothing for the second leg of our shoot. They even had matching Sperry Topsiders, which was totally cute. We snapped some amazing pictures overlooking the harbor and then headed over to one of my favorite murals. Tina and Ryan were such naturals in front of the camera. Their genuine love for each other is very apparent as they held each other close, told each other jokes, and made funny faces.
Congratulations Tina and Ryan! Thank you so much for sharing your love and joy with me! You guys were meant for each other!
