Christine & Alex || Breaux Vineyards Wedding
First wedding of the season – it could not have been better than celebrating with Christine and Alex for their wedding at Breaux Vineyards along with their family and friends! Secretly, I’ve always wanted to visit this beautiful vineyard and photograph a wedding with the stunning backdrops and it finally came true!
Their wedding day started with getting into their wedding attires at the venue - Christine with her mom, Alex’s mom, and their best friends, and Alex with his best men! We then walked through the gravel road which was lined with the vines that seems to be never ending for their first look. Alex was shocked to see his beautiful bride and it was one of the sweetest moments! We didn’t waste the stunning backdrops and proceeded with the wedding party photos, and boy, were they a fun party who loves Christine and Alex deeply!
The ceremony was set up at the Lafayette Terrace with vines on the side and the Blue Ridge mountain, decorated with flower arrangements by The Rosy Posy on top of the barrels. How fitting that is for a wedding at a vineyards! Besides the wedding party, the couple had asked Christine’s little cousins to be the ring bearers and they are the cutest, not to mention they have the best dance moves! Christine and Alex shared their personal vows in front of the witnesses of their family and friends, and you can see the emotions finally caught up with the groom as he hearing his bride’s vow of love to him. You can just feel how much love and joy they have to be able to share the moments with all the people they love!
We took advantage of the beautiful venue afterward (which has beautiful spots for photos every other corner!) and roamed in between the lines of vines with just the two of them. I always love the quiet moments after the couple got married and give them the time to take it all in and enjoy the moment on the wedding day! We also sneaked out during sunset to enjoy the weather and light, it literally couldn’t be more perfect than that!
For the reception, the tables had simple floral arrangements placed in a trendy geometric holder and table setting accented with dusty blue, along with candles in gold-accented voltives. Christine and Alex shared their first dance and danced with their parents, toasted by the best man and the bridesmaids with many funny stories and heartfelt moments, and finally danced the night away with everyone!
Congratulations, Christine and Alex! And thank you so much for having me to be part of your wedding day!
